Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to provide on-site support and assistance in performing, analyzing, and improving internal business processes, procedures and functions:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate, identify, maintain, and analyze business processes and work systems; identify routine business and work system processes that consume time and resources; and provide recommendations for improvement and transformation
  • Establish preliminary process maps for business processes and work systems, identify and recommend improvements
  • Monitor, manage and coordinate business processes and work systems related to formal/informal tasking’s, directives and Requests For Information (RFIs)
  • Diagram business process and work systems end-to-end
  • Prepare and manage business process and work systems related materials supporting recurring/unique governance and management functions
  • Ensure classified, unclassified and approved public facing explicit knowledge websites and asynchronous/synchronous collaboration forums are operational
  • Gather, analyze and report business process and work system metrics and
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
                                                                                                                        
Education and Certifications:
 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field of study from an accredited institution.
