Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to provide the MRTC with contractor support to provide full time qualified
Subject Matter Experts (SME) to facilitate the Programs of Instruction (POIs) of the U.S. Marine
Corps Forces, Special Operations Command (MARSOC).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily scheduling, sign-in and sign-out, inspection, and maintenance of the MRTC Academic Facility (ACFAC).   
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in a timely fashion as well as track requirements and the use of expendables and other materials required to maintain the ACFAC. 
  • Assist in identifying and procuring all training aids and devices, such as publications, audio/visual equipment, and classroom support materials, to be filled using Government on-hand equipment, and/or completing purchase request orders to facilitate Government Purchase Cardholder purchases for material not on-hand.
                                                                                                                        
Education and Certifications:
 
  • Served a minimum of 1 year as an E-6 or higher
  • 3 years of experience as a Facilities Manager within the DoD.
  • 1 year experience using  Defense Logistics Agency Document Services and GCSS-MC
  • 1 year of experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Possess a SECRET clearance on day one of contract execution.
