This position will support NETCOM which is an exciting program focused on Acting as the liaison between the Program ISSMs at the field sites and the NETCOM CSD leadership.

  • Prepare and submit the Daily Circuit Reports which includes tracking each circuit, validating and verifying circuit and authorization information to include eMASS record details. Coordinate with sites regarding authorization status. Address concerns and provide assistance to sites as needed. Escalate as required.  
  • Meet with NETCOM CSD government team lead(s) to request review of the Daily Circuit Report and to request guidance on issues that may include communicating with sites that may not be as responsive.  
  • Prepare and submit presentations for leadership briefings. 
  • Track discontinued circuits to include circuits that are awaiting TSRs and TSOs for discontinuation. 
  • Attend meetings regarding circuit status's. 
  • Process TSOs for closure which includes looking up the circuit in TCOSS and downloading the text file and transferring the text file into pdf. The pdf is then sent to CAO for record closure. This action can require transferring the NIPR pdfs from low to high.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • HS +4  years technical experience, or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS
  • To include at least 2 years IA/IT Security experience
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • Familiar with MS Access and ability to run queries
  • IAM II certification required (CASP, CAP, CISS or equivalent)
