Purpose:
To provide program management, business, acquisition and engineering support services to augment PEO C3T’s core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of the PEO and its associated project managers (PMs) and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with project leads from the various PEO C3T program offices.
 
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure that PEO C3T is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
  1. Capabilities analysis,
  2. Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts,
  3. Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS),
  4. System and/or software integration,
  5. Platform integration
  6. Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems
  7. Technical or operational testing,
  8. Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities.
  9. Configuration management,
  10. Planning and strategy meetings
  11. Program review and coordination meetings
  12. General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services
  13. Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, simulations and reports
  14. Review engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices
  15. Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis
 
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline required.
  • IAT level II certification required (i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP, etc.).
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
  • Four (4) additional years of direct, relevant, technical experience may substitute for Bachelor’s Degree requirement.
