Purpose:
To provide program management, business, acquisition and engineering support services to augment PEO C3T’s core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of the PEO and its associated project managers (PMs) and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with project leads from the various PEO C3T program offices.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the planning, conducting and reporting of system-level technical testing at the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF), APG, and Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) and system Contractor facilities;
  • Assists in coordinating and conducting functional tests for Tactical Operations Centers (TOC) in support of PEO C3T;
  • Assists in summarizing, documenting, and reporting various C4ISR/TOC test data and results to the Technical Director, CTSF and Product Manager, Tactical Operations Centers (PdM TOCs);
  • Participates in TOC working groups and materiel development meetings to assist in developing coordinated fielding and testing schedules;
  • Assists in developing and producing Test Design Plans for TOC testing and other PEO C3T programs and transformation initiatives.
 
Education and Certifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline required.
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
  • Four (4) additional years of direct, relevant, technical experience may substitute for Master’s Degree requirement; i.e., four (4) ADDITIONAL years of experience in lieu of a Master's Degree, or 8 ADDITIONAL years if no degree.
