Purpose:
To provide program management, business, acquisition and engineering support services to augment PEO C3T’s core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of the PEO and its associated project managers (PMs) and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with project leads from the various PEO C3T program offices.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serves as facilities coordinator with responsibility for coordinating, and implementing PEO C3T's facilities program to include modification, maintenance and repair. 
  • Conducts investigations and studies of the effectiveness of facilities support efforts. 
  • Coordinates with facilities engineers, and safety personnel to assure that proper industrial safeguards are effected in accordance with established safety standards.  
  • Coordinates maintenance and repair of assigned facilities. 
  • Reviews work requests for modification, maintenance, and repair of assigned facilities for feasibility, adequacy, and assurance of compliance with regulations. 
  • Inspects work to ensure proper accomplishment that installation of equipment is in accordance with specifications and meets functional needs. 
  • Consults with engineering and operating personnel for resolution of unusual or problem cases.
 
Education and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.
  • Military service may be substituted/utilized as related experience.
