To provide program management, business, acquisition and engineering support services to augment PEO C3T’s core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of the PEO and its associated project managers (PMs) and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with project leads from the various PEO C3T program offices.
  • Senior Trainers assist developing, revising, and modifying training courses and prepare appropriate training materials. 
  • Provide technical advisory services regarding all training and instructions. 
  • Instructors shall provide formal classroom instructor-led new equipment training (NET) and delta training to soldiers and customers in accordance with established/approved Programs of Instruction (POI), and training materials. 
  • Training will be provided in both field and classroom environments and may include classroom, on-the-job instruction, and/or computer based/aided training. 
  • Trainers will have specialized experience in an operational or technical areas related to core technical areas such as mission command, network, tactical radio, or Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment, communications equipment, electronics equipment, or as appropriate for the task. 
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of training experience in military systems.  Four (4) years of military service (E6 or higher) may be considered as military training experience.
  • Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
