Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
 
Responsibilities:
The Senior Security Manager is responsible for development of Security SOP's, assisting the government with physical security inspections, maintaining accreditation for facilities and systems, developing procedures to track assets and implement access controls. In addition, they provide expertise in development of disaster recovery procedures and continuity of operations plans.
 
  • Develop and document disaster recovery procedures for USARCC-C managed CND systems, including IPS/IDS, system baseline tools (e.g., ESM), host-based systems and agents, server managers, applications, and remote management systems.
  • Store written procedures in the USARCC-C Document Management System (DMS) database.
  • Establish and maintain written procedures to set up, track, and document status and location of hardware and software for each baseline of sensors.
  • Store written procedures in the USARCC-C Document Management System (DMS) database.
  • Maintain system accreditations for all USARCC-C-owned systems and circuits in accordance with applicable DoD and Army regulations.
  • Assist the Government in performing physical security inspections using the 7th Signal Command (T) Physical Security Program Checklist.
 
Education:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
 
Certifications:
  • DOD 8570 applicable certifications for IAT level II- any ONE of the following: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security or higher
                                                                                          
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Seven (7) years+ of cybersecurity management and technical experience with DoD  networks
  • Required training Security+ CE; GSEC or higher
