looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in addition to previous work experience in qualified technical skills. A qualified Managed Services Professional will be responsible for operational support of client sites and corporate infrastructure by providing hardware, software and application support as well as the troubleshooting of workstations and servers. The Managed Services Professional must utilize their significant experience to provide managed technology support services for our clients, and be accountable for maintaining standards, policies, procedures and documentation of systems.

Job Description
Qualifications:
  • Great troubleshooting skills on workstations, networks and servers with the ability to produce solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team of technicians. Ability to provide solutions to problems.
  • Have 7 years of experience working on Microsoft Server platforms
  • Experience in configuring and servicing MS Windows 7/10.
  • Proven track record working on IT Projects.
  • Good oral and written communications skills along with working knowledge of IT in a business environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with maintaining Windows Domains, GPO's and Active Directory management.
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Connectwise Manage and Automate Software.
