The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
The Logistics Support:
  • Create and obtain signatures on sub-hand receipts for Government and military personnel for USARCC-C managed assets in the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system and the logistics database.
  • Receive, inventory, issue, turn in, and store property and supplies according to AR 710-2, Supply Policy below the National Level.
  • Support the Government hand receipt holder in maintaining 100 percent accountability of all property book items.
  • Maintain a software and hardware database that contains, as a minimum, the make, model number or version number, serial number, purchase date, contract number (if applicable), purchase price, renewal date, license data, warranty data, and period of performance for all USARCC-C assets.
  • Add, delete, or change USARCC-C assets in the CMDB and the logistics database as reflected on issue, turn-in, and Administrative Adjustment Reports (AARs).
  • Prepare, check for accuracy, and submit for Government approval, acquisition packets and Unfinanced Requirements (UFRs) IAW with the 7th Sig Cmd (T) Critical Requirements Board (CRVB) schedule.
  • Acquisition packets currently consist of NETCOM Form 715-2-1, NETCOM Form 715-2-2, 7th Signal Acquisition Transmittal, Action and Control Form, Salient Characteristics Worksheet, USARCC-C Routing Form, Vendor Quote, Wide Area Workflow Document, Table of Contents, and 7th SC (T) Form 15-13- 1 Out of Cycle Requirements (if required).
  • Review draft solicitations from the contracting office for technical acceptance and provide recommendations to the COR.
  •  Ensure the line items and the Period of Performance (PoP) on contract awards match the request document.
  •  Provide any changes to the COR.
  • Assist the Government in performing property accountability functions IAW AR 710-2, Supply Policies Below the National Level, and AR 735-5, Policies and Procedures for Property Accountability, except for initiating a DD Form 200, Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss.
  •  Review all transactions on missing items, according to AR 735-5, Policies and Procedures for Property Accountability, for discrepancies in property accountability and provide results to the COR.
  • Conduct physical inventories of all assets IAW AR 710-2 and provide results to the COR.
  • Use the Change Management process to track installs, moves, additions, and changes to the asset inventory.
  •  Identify such cost-effective purchase practices as enterprise agreements, volume purchasing, and leasing.
  • Prepare, process and submit shipping document IAW TTPs and SOPs.
  • Assist the Government in correcting findings identified during the semi-annual 7th Sig Cmd (T) Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) inspection.
  • Conduct a pre-inspection prior to the CSDP inspection based on the checklist provided by the 7th Sig Cmd (T) CSDP Inspection Team.

Required Certifications
  • IT III
  • Associate’s degree in Logistics or related discipline.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years’ direct experience as a Logistician
