The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
The Subject Matter Expert (JRSS O&M Support): team member provides touch labor, technical support, design support and maintenance of the JRSS management domain switches and resources utilized in the JRSS stack.
  • Maintain and monitor Army management switches for the JRSS, legacy, and DODIN environments.
  •  Verify strategic communications to the user community are distributed in a timely manner to promote situational awareness and confirm escalation processes.
  • Support and assist provisioning processes.
  •  Provide the necessary resources for a full-time migration and maintenance support capabilities for the purpose of patching, managing, updating, providing break-fix, and conduction of all other tasks necessary to allow for the migration to operate securely, effectively, and efficiently.
  •  Provide the primary touch labor, technical support, and design support, during each base's migration staging and execution windows, to perform NEC server farm physical and logical consolidation in coordination with the JMT.
  •  Provide touch labor, technical support, and implementation support to NECs to ensure compliance with the NETMOD-C EIP standard in coordination with the JMT as tasked by the COR.

Required Certifications
  • IT I/; CND-IS (SSCP or CEH)
  • MCSE, CCNA or higher
  • IAT II - Security + CE or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related discipline.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Four (4) years of Information Technology (IT) experience
