The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
The Subject Matter Expert Support (Active Directory):
  • Operate and maintain the Theater Active Directory CM test lab, and test all proposed Active Directory baseline changes and report the results of these activities to the COR.
  • Coordinate and work with other forest owners and installation or organization POCs to correct user account data duplication and other user data problems.
  • Report all problems that are not resolved within 30 days to the COR.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain connectivity between the Tier I Roll Up servers and the CONUS Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) Tier II servers and the Enterprise Packaging Repository/Data Warehouse Reporting Tier 0 server.
  • Provide SCCM application support to the Tier II SCCM administrator at CONUS installation NECs.
  •  Monitor and ensure connectivity between USARCC-C and site SCCM servers.
  • Report connection outages to 7th Signal Command (T) G-3 as per Operational Order (OPORD) 11-123.
  •  Monitor, report status and provide assistance in resolving issues for systems and applications supported by transport systems for GMN and deployed expeditionary forces.
  •  Troubleshoot common access card issues.
  •  Ensure proper visibility of Enterprise virtual infrastructures is provided to site administrators and leadership.

Required Certifications
  • IT I/ IAT II
  • MCSE or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • HS +8 years of Information Technology (IT) experience or AA/AS +6 or BA/BS +2.
  • Systems certification(s) such as Microsoft MCSE/ MCSA or higher.
