Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
 
Responsibilities:
The Web Content Administrator:
 
  • Operate and maintain the CONUS Network Security Center (NSC) portals which provide Army leadership and Theater customers with situational awareness information regarding the status of the DoDIN-A.
  • Maintain and administer Web servers and perform backups of all Web content; design and develop Web graphics, Web pages, Web sites, and interactive Web applications; and provide an internal Web-based, data-sharing application to store and display all reports, SOPs, manuals, and forms used by the USARCC-C.
  • Designers currently utilize a wide variety of development tools from Adobe, Oracle Microsoft, BMC and Java.
  • The team also requires skills in database design to support web applications they design and create.
  • Maintain and evaluate Web server audit and usage control logs.
  • Control Web site access as tasked by the COR, and monitor write, access, and edit privileges for all Web sites on USARCC-C Web servers.
  • Generate requested reports from Army Register of Network Layer-3 Devices (ARNLD), and input data and generate requested reports from Better Enterprise Network Node Evaluation and Tracking Tool (BENNETT) for the government to assess installation web site registration management. 
  • Accurately track and maintain a comprehensive list of all Army Whitelist websites (Public Facing Websites throughout Army CONUS) utilizing BENNETT.
  • Report to ARCYBER, 7th SC and USARCC-C Director on all website non-compliance, changes in posture, physical/logical placement, last penetration test date, ARNLD expiration (30 days), and mitigation/ Corrective Action/Preventative Action Report (CAPA) status.
                                                                                          


Required Certifications
  • IT I/ IAT level II
  • Security + CE or higher
 
Education:
 
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • HS +8 years’ experiences, or AA/AS +4, or BS/BA +2
 
Required Skills/Qualifications:
 
  • 2-4 years’ direct experience as a Web Content Administrator, Web Designer, Web Administrator or similar position
