The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
The Web Technical Administrator:
  • Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the NIPRNet and SIPRNet Enterprise Web portals consisting of 13 servers (7 NIPRNet/6 SIPRNet), and 2 chassis (1 NIPRNet/1 SIPRNet) and the databases supporting the Portals.
  • Webserver and services are run on Microsoft and non-Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
  • Provide development and administration support for USARCC-C's content and applications hosted on Enterprise SharePoint Service, hosted by DISA or Army.
  • Be prepared to move hardware and capabilities to SIPR as required.
  • Implement technical security and IA best practices for establishing, maintaining, and administering Web sites IAW NETCOM Regulation 25-70, Web Content Administrator, Policies, and Procedures, and other applicable regulations.
  •  Ensure internal Web services are Common access card (CAC)-enabled.
  • Assist migration of all public facing web servers to USARCC-C DMZ and Proxy.
  • Identify and track migration status.
  • Generate weekly status report for COR / USARCC-C Director.
  • Monitor and oversee web scanning program and provide input to development of plan to scan all public facing websites on a recurring basis.
  • Every public facing website is to be scanned no less than once annually.

Required Certifications
  • IT I/ IAT level II
  • Security + CE or higher
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years’ direct experience as a Web server administrator or similar position.
  • Web-based server administration experience using various technologies such as Microsoft’s IIS web server, Ajax, JQuery, JDBC, JavaScript and XML enabled Web Services.
