Purpose:
The purpose of this effort is to provide comprehensive , actionable Intelligence services to the JSOTF through a pool of resource personnel across the intelligence functional spectrum including, but not limited to: Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Targeting Intelligence.
 
Requirements:
 
  • shall provide Global Indications and Warning (l&W) Intelligence Specialist (Watch) who shall be required to support continuous, time-sensitive global indications and warning (l&W) and current intelligence analytical products, briefings, threat assessments, warnings and notifications.
  • Serves as the JSOTF intelligence representative during non-duty hours and supports 24/7 rotational shift hours.
  • Conducts direct liaison and coordination with the Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands and senior leadership. Serves as a Joint Operations Center Intelligence Analyst and deploys in support of JSOTF. Conducts professional development, training and deployment preparations.
  • Responsible for accomplishing assigned special projects/tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Global Indications and Warning (l&W) Intelligence Specialist (Watch) shall possess the following qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
  • Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Must possess strong briefing and writing skills to articulate complex information in cogent, concise manner. 
  • Strong backgrounds required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis. SOF and or CT intelligence experience and/or previous l&W Watch experience is desirable.
