The purpose of this task is to provide continued development of the courseware (continued development of courseware entails incorporating new and emerging training requirements, to include any revision necessary due to a change in critical tasks, and concepts as they develop into the existing courseware in order to stay current with the operational force), POI, lessons, and lesson plans.
Courseware and updates shall be input into the TRADOC approved automated learning content management system, which is the Training Development Capability (TDC). This requirement is applicable for the JFO courses. All courses shall be revised, updated, maintained, and input into TDC not later 45 days after approval. The specific requirements for courseware maintenance are listed below. All available courseware will be provided upon award.
  • Shall provide a courseware change control plan in written and digital format (Microsoft Word) within 30 calendar days of award. At a minimum, plan must address internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) staffing processes, digital/knowledge management courseware version control, inclusion and tracking of lessons learned, and external staffing recommendations.
  • Shall use lessons learned, surveys, interviews, student feedback, and input from theater to select appropriate courseware changes. Shall provide a summary of recommended courseware changes in digital and written format as needed or within 30 working days of written receipt from the COR identifying the required update in digital format to the COR. At a minimum, changes shall address currently nominated and previously executed changes to lesson plans and POIs.
  • Shall maintain lessons in the TRADOC approved learning content management system, TDC. Entry of Government approved changes to courseware are to be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of approval.
  • Shall coordinate and recommend input as required in digital format to the COR for distribution to FORSCOM and TRADOC to ensure the POI is current and incorporates the latest TTPs. shall make recommendations as required in digital format to the COR concerning current developments in JFO procedures, and associated training material for input to all applicable Army and Joint publications.
  • Shall participate and comply with all JFOC, 428th FA BDE, and FCoE policies on training development. This includes validation inspections, and accreditation inspections.
Education and Certifications:
  • B.S. in Education or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience as a project lead for military or civilian institutional training development
  • Completion of a Senior Leaders Course for prior enlisted, Warrant Officer Advance Course for prior warrants and Intermediate Level Education for prior officers.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • 2 years’ experience as a project lead.
