PTP is seeking a Program Support Analyst on a project supporting the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) in the Department of Defense (DoD). The work location for this effort is in the Crystal City neighborhood of Arlington, VA.
The Program Support Analyst will keep a record of requirements and provide detailed functional guidance to the technical team. In addition, the Program Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring high quality products and services that are delivered according to the contract schedule and budget. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide program management support to include but not limited to administrative support, status reporting, team facilitation, performance tracking, deliverable tracking, administrative oversight of work activities, and ensures that established milestones are accomplished on time, within prescribed funding parameters, and in accordance with client business objectives.
Conduct analytical studies and report project metrics and statuses to include but not limited to using, earned value calculations, cost benefit analysis, performance charts and quantitative risk assessments.
Provide all necessary documents and plans to include but not limited to project proposals, project charters, scheduling plans, quality control plans, communication management plans, and project closing documents. Defines the standards for quality and timeliness and assessing results in terms of schedule, cost, and risk involved.
Perform a variety of different actions and activities in support of each assigned system or project. Functional duties primarily are to plan, direct, organize, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower and team activities.
Serve as Program Coordinator Lead.
Monitor risk and project activities and track status of the EADS 2 maintenance, and execution. Recommend changes or adjustments to project plans, communications, processes, reporting, work products, schedule, and budget.
Interface with the Government’s Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and procurement analyst. Track software licenses and maintenance contracts and notifies procurement analyst when they are up for renewal.
As requested, provide “way forward” guidance on the development of the OLDCC IT Strategic Plan.
Maintain DoD required information in tracking systems (SNaP-IT, DTIP, and DITPR). Track IT costs by Fiscal year and maintains a budget worksheet.
Coordinate responses to DoD data calls regarding the OLDCC IT Portfolio (ex: OEP).
Establish processes and procedures to facilitate the program management and task accomplishment.
Attend meetings as required to support office and operation functions and provide deliverables to include but not limited to work plans, products and documentation supporting the CIO. Oversee documentation tasks and deliverables.
Prepare agenda for project reviews, attend project reviews, provide meeting minutes and track action items.
Serve as primary conduit for the project for all communications.
Provide monthly Contract Status Report.
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials for the Program Support Analyst include:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Prior experience in the DoD.
5 years of experience with information, security, property, and SOP management in the DoD.
Strong business/client engagement skills.
Experience writing for a diverse audience.
A current active Secret security clearance.
Experience with Information Technology management for a DAFA CIO preferred.
