Purpose: To ensure the facility site is maintained and coordinate any maintenance and repairs of Corporate Office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facility maintenance technicians are responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds of their organization clean, safe, and functional.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Documents facilities maintenance requirements and maintains appropriate records of work performed.
Monitors performance of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for the facility.
May perform general maintenance

HS Diploma or equivalent
