People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to provide management and oversight to an information technology project for a federal government customer. The customer has a network utilizing virtual desktop infrastructure, using a Windows-based operating system and requires support to transition other workstations from traditional client-server to virtual desktop as well as implementation and maintenance of public key infrastructure authentication solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage work schedules and activities of all assigned employees, including providing a Staffing Management Plan
  • Provide monthly status reports, including staff utilization, travel expenses, completed tasks, and any issues that were faced
  • Participate in on-site meetings with Government and contractor employees; present briefings on status of assigned work, white papers, and responses to IT-related data calls
  • Development, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures to support interaction between Government employees and contractor IT groups
  • Maintain responsibility for mission accomplishment while gaining prior Government authorization prior to issuing new SOPs
  • Serve as a liaison between company employees and federal employees, including the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
  • Maintain accountability of all company and government furnished equipment and supplies
Minimum Requirements:
  • 10 years IT Program Management Experience
  • 7 years as task lead/program manager for over a dozen employees in a project of similar scope
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science – OR – 10 years related field experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification
