The purpose of this contract is to create, support and analyze multi-channel digital content in order to provide awareness, information and assistance to a demographically diverse population of potential Navy SEAL and SWCC candidates and influencers in the digital public domain, as well as candidates in
US Navy forces worldwide.
  • Create organic content on a regular schedule in accordance with NAVSPECWARCEN requirements and suggest creative ideas for content. Paid advertising is not part of the digital strategy execution.
  • Shoot photos/videos, writing captions and posts, assist with podcast production, write guides or e-books, write e-mail material for Customer Relationship Management, use site tools to create polls, calculators, quizzes and assessments, and other content.
  • Up to three (3) pieces of content shall be created weekly for social media distribution.
  • At least one (1) E-book or guide shall be created per year.
  • Provide audio and transcription service up to twice a month to support Government podcast.
  • Monitor and manage assigned social media channels for policy violations and report significant feedback/comments from visitors/followers/subscribers.
  • Provide qualitative data to Analytics Specialist on a weekly basis.
  • Respond to visitors/followers/subscribers as needed and in accordance with guidance and policies provided by Government.
  • Document and report leads for potential SEAL and SWCC candidates to Government
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience performing the general duties described above and/or similar digital management, strategy and execution in the private or public sector within the last 5 years.
  • Relevant experience with DoD or US Navy recruiting is preferred.
