Purpose:
The purpose of this contract is to create, support and analyze multi-channel digital content in order to provide awareness, information and assistance to a demographically diverse population of potential Navy SEAL and SWCC candidates and influencers in the digital public domain, as well as candidates in
US Navy forces worldwide.
 
*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARDING OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT*****
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular monitoring and analyses of media environment and NSWCEN marketing efforts to support further development and success of general outreach strategy.
  • Consult with Government and provide initial market research to establish baselines, targets and benchmarks for marketing strategy.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators to create qualitative and quantitative measurements.
  • Examine existing media environment, NSW social media base, reach (current and potential), engagement, and other factors to develop strategy for growth and conversion.
  • Organize qualitative and quantitative data from media environment and social media engagement (organic and non-organic) into monthly reports and quarterly trend analyses focusing on established metrics, conversation topics, tone, and reaction, especially to A/B test posts.
  • Generate quarterly ROI reports on marketing outreach efficacy of all components, including social media, website, podcast, CRM, mobile app and any other tools.
  • Create annual predictive analytics reports based on ROI and previously collected metrics over the beginning of contract year.
  • Collaborate with Government and Marketing Specialist to design first-party data gathering features (i.e., quizzes, assessments, etc.) for optimal quantitative information and lead generation via social media, website, and mobile app.
 
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience performing the general duties described above and/or similar digital analysis, strategy and execution in the private or public sector within the last 5 years.
  • Experience with media monitoring services, i.e., Cision or Meltwater, is required.
  • Relevant experience with DoD or US Navy recruiting is preferred.
