Candidate will participate in the operational integration of Knowledge Management (KM) and operational tools into SOCAFRICA’s information enterprise requires enterprise architects (EAs) to embrace operational and systemic elements to operationally integrate these elements into SOCAFRICA’s battle rhythm, operational activities, and business processes. This effort will increase mission effectiveness, improve operational methodologies, and enhance SOCAFRICA’s already rapid operational pace and ability to quickly respond to complex issues and challenges. This contract is established to fulfill SOCAFRICA’s mission requirements for comprehensive operational and KM support and related operational architecture services. In addition to EA support, other support areas include strategy and policy, information technology and assurance, operational planning and execution, and assessments and modeling.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Responsible for providing expert knowledge and operational contributions in a specific area of SOCAFRICA’s mission.
- Oversees the operational effectiveness and data content during the current operational phase, and capable of contributing to improved operations in the objective architecture developmental phase.
- Must be an operational expert and subject matter thought leader capable of contributing to operational architectures and testing new procedures.
- Familiarity with a key SOCAFRICA operational area such as RSO, desk officer, ASO, SAPO, or foreign disclosure required.
- Must understand concepts, practices and procedures in SME area.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the specific technical field or 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the specific technical field
- 10+ years of experience with Special Operation Forces (SOF) required.
