Job Title:                    Quality Manager
Job Location:             DC area.

Purpose:  The QM is responsible for the overall management and execution of all quality aspects of the T/O.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
 
  • Apply knowledge/experience gained through PTP’s current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 registration/certification to develop, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive higher-level QMS that assures compliance with the most current version of American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/ISO/American Society for Quality (ASQ) 9001 (currently 9001:2015) in execution of the ID/IQ and each Order contract with a specific focus on the Services Summary and Deliverables.
  • Applicant is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and dedicated (full-time) to the CN&GT Documented processes and procedures to monitor and control: Applicant will provide a copy of their current certification.
  • Develop, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve a comprehensive higher-level QMS that complies with the most current version of the ISO 9001 QMS standard.
  • Revise / update internal quality control processes, frequency applied, and documents generated
  • Review process for each contract deliverable to ensure Government acceptance and validation (to include invoices)
  • Subcontractor performance: establish / review how oversight will be conducted to ensure all Subcontractor inputs or contributions (status/progress, supplies, services, invoices, supporting documentation, deliverables, etc.) meet or exceed requirements
  • Establish an approach to ensure Quality and timeliness of all Subcontractor supplies and services
  • Maintain records of all tests and inspections to demonstrate that the quality approach satisfied contract requirements
  • Lead response to and handling of Government and Contractor identified nonconformances
  • Lead Corrective action tracking
Knowledge and Experience:

(Desired) Familiar with or supported Counter-narcotics (CN) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Divisions of CCMDs/Geographical Combatant Commands (GCCs).
