Purpose People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to provide program oversight coordination, documentation generation, logistical support, for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The PM will leverage organizational change management (OCM), knowledge management (KM), and mission analytics to enable capabilities within the transition from manual processes to those balanced with appropriate human-machine teaming and OCM processes to increase adoption, utilization, and proficiency of new/improved processes, tools, and job roles. *****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWRD*****
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR
Project Manager shall have a dual role as one of the senior level employees and provide overall program management
Project Manager shall ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by USTRANSCOM established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security
Project Manager shall provide a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mail
Project Manager shall be available to meet with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues
Required Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum Required Experience:
Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems
Proven skills in manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements
Experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts
Experience providing technical innovations for large-scale commercial and government organizations
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials
