Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Provide support for development, implementation, and utilization of OIG’s classification scheme and associated file plans and records schedules and ensure related records meet all compliance requirements.
  • The contractor shall identify, document, and provide input to IGD management to improve the quality of the program relating to organizing and continuously identifying information as records, retrieving, preserving, and disposing of records in accordance with Federal laws, regulations, and DoD policies.
  • Provide support for specific requests for information by searching, locating, retrieving, and delivering records and information by following established procedures and security protocols that protect the integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Provide support for documenting and preserving metadata that explains how electronic records were created, used, and managed.
  • Assist in the appraisal and analysis of information for retention and records scheduling purposes.
  • Perform tasks supporting the implementation of OIG’s records retention schedule,
  • including but not limited to physically managing boxes.
  • Provide support for organizing, normalizing, and cleanup of duplicates and redundant obsolete and trivial files found within shared-drives and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
  • Provide the OIG with recommendations to support reduction of paper records and promote practical solutions for generating electronic records vice paper records.

Job Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 7 years of experience in supporting IM projects
  • 7 years of experience using SharePoint 2013, 2016, Office 365 SharePoint, and Teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of the basic tenets of IM
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams implementations
  • DoD 8570 Certification
  • SECRET Security Clearance
