Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Respond to user questions and concerns regarding access, data entry, data quality, and application issues.
Write new requirements for development, modification to forms within the system
Engage with OCIO to recommend system changes or enhancements for the development and modification of pages and forms within the application.
Interpret complex data results and communicate orally and in writing to non-technical users such as headquarters managers and other personnel.
Develop, modify, and manage complex queries using a customized version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support user requirements.
Review results of queries and resolve data discrepancies.
Develop searchable reports, views, and dashboards that meet the needs of stakeholders.
Create, modify, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, attributes, data views, and forms using functional requirements and process maps to satisfy the business case.
Create and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM user profiles.
Maintain the online user’s manual/help file and other system documentation.
Participate in meetings to support office and operation functions and provide deliverables work plans, products, and documentation supporting the Project Management Office (PMO).
Manage, track, evaluate, and document projects.
Monitor risk and project activities, and track status of solution deployments, maintenance, and executions.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and design specification documents for various projects in support of application configuration and deployment program.
Identify and document testing requirements (i.e., what needs to be tested, when, where, how, and by whom).
Develop test scripts and coordinate system application testing activities.
Document and report test results.
Identify and document user-training requirements.
Develop training materials.
Schedule and coordinate user training sessions.
Identify training locations, participants, and trainers to support training sessions.
Identify training facility requirements and work with government and contractor personnel to acquire necessary space and equipment.
Job Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience with application development using Oracle Developer Suite (form and report), ASP .NET, ColdFusion, or C#
Technical proficiency in Microsoft products including but not limited to SharePoint, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Visio, and Project
Proficiency in basic database structure, parent-child entity relationships, or permissions-based systems roles
8-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
