Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Document and define assigned process.
Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents as required.
Map assigned business processes using Business Process Mapping techniques, validate and update existing process maps.
Provide root cause analysis of process issues.
Assist in all CPI project phases as assigned.
Provide information, research, and recommendations.
Assist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) process.
Assist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvements.
Document project work as required by Project Lead
Support projects and assist in tracking their progress.
Liaise with project stakeholders and attend project and stakeholder meetings.
Assist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structures.
Provide support to facilitate process improvement workshops.
Provide support to accomplish After Action Review (AAR) sessions aimed at documenting lessons learned.
Provide support to design and maintain database and SharePoint pages to support approved process improvements.
Assist with strategic and tactical planning support as required.
Job Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of Program Management Experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experienced with Microsoft office Suite to include Project.
Understanding of CPI processes.
