Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

 
  • Document and define assigned process.
  • Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents as required.
  • Map assigned business processes using Business Process Mapping techniques, validate and update existing process maps.
  • Provide root cause analysis of process issues.
  • Assist in all CPI project phases as assigned.
  • Provide information, research, and recommendations.
  • Assist in establishing Corrective Action Request (CAR) process.
  • Assist with creation of implementation schedule and strategy of potential improvements.
  • Document project work as required by Project Lead
  • Support projects and assist in tracking their progress.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders and attend project and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist with the development and creation of electronic libraries and indexing structures.
  • Provide support to facilitate process improvement workshops.
  • Provide support to accomplish After Action Review (AAR) sessions aimed at documenting lessons learned.
  • Provide support to design and maintain database and SharePoint pages to support approved process improvements
  • Assist with strategic and tactical planning support as required.

Job Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of Program Management Experience
  • Experience as a Program/Project Manager desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Expert with Microsoft office Suite to include Project
  • PMP Certification desired
  • CPI process experience
  • SECRET Security Clearance
