Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to assist with performing management functions in support of the Joint Contiguous United States Communications Support Environment (JCCSE).

*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWRD*****

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining personnel, organization, and administrative controls necessary to ensure that the work delivered meets the contract specifications and requirements
  • Managing all day-to-day activities of employees to ensure that Government’s investment is maximized
  • Managing travel settlements for employees. Travel claims shall be submitted within 5 days after completion of Temporary Duty (TDY)
  • Providing internal training for employees to ensure professional efficiency is maintained. This includes technical expertise, personal appearance, and people skills
  • Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating complex textual and/or quantitative information to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations, or policies.
  • Organizing, direct, coordinate planning and production of all contract activities.
  • Interfacing with client management including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Recruiting personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  • Establishing and alter (as necessary) program organization to provide effective contract support.
  • Assigning, schedule, and provide quality assurance of project team deliverables.
  • Ensuring conformance to task specifications and contract provisions.
  • Briefing NG J6 leadership / COR monthly on project’s progress, problems, budget expenditures, and Courses of Action (COA) related to subject tasks
Required Education/Certifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in management, or Information Technology discipline from an accredited college or university with ten (10) years of IT experience.

Minimum Required Experience:
  • Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives.
  • Must have ability to analyze and prepare documentation and possess the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
