Job Title: Knowledge Management Specialist / Scheduler
Job Location: Leesville, Louisiana
Clearance: Secret
Travel: Up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS travel to support related Government training events, planning events or exercises.

Purpose:
To locate and hire the uniquely qualified candidate to perform this key position in support of the potential PTP, LLC obligation to perform contract deliverables pursuant to the Mission Training Complex (MTC) Capabilities Support (MTCCS) II contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content management on the MTC Share Point portal,
scheduling, as well as interface with MTC Government Staff.  Assists the Government in monthly, quarterly, and yearly and any IMCOM reporting requirements, including, but not limited to Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) Reporting, MER reporting and maintaining, and TS-MATS usage reporting, usage trends and analysis, event throughput analysis, Installation Status Reporting (ISR) requirements and manpower analysis. Receives training request, tracks and approves requests, and follows up with customers as required for all scheduling needs. Has access to and works regularly with Government sensitive data.  May be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences.

Required Education/Certifications:
IA Workforce: DoD Directive 8570.01-m baseline certification as an Information Assurance- Technical (IAT) Level I, reference DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications – DoD Cyber Exchange.

Minimum Required Experience:
Have experience, or equivalent, working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment Microsoft Office programs or similar web-based collaboration software tool(s). Have experience designing and implementation of web parts and SharePoint dashboards, collaboration tools and content management, must understand the SharePoint Workflow and InfoPath products. Experience with tracking calendars, information, and different types of data.
