SharePoint Project Manager (50% Remote)

Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Project Manager to oversee the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of SharePoint Solutions software.

*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWRD*****

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • The Project Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR
  • Project Manager shall have a dual role as one of the senior level employees and provide overall program management
  • Project Manager shall ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security
  • Project Manager shall provide a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mail
  • Project Manager shall be available to meet with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues

Required Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (MA or MS is a plus)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Minimum Required Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience leading efforts in support of solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Bi, and Power Automate
  • 7-10 years of expertise in managing multiple Agile project teams and working with multiple stakeholders with different functions (HR, Budgeting, Training, etc.)
  • 7-10 years of expertise in developing and implementing strategy and action plans in fast paced project environments.
  • 7-10 years of a proven track record of successfully delivering high-visibility products using Agile methodologies
  • 7-10 years of expertise in communicating with both technical/non-technical stakeholders at varying levels.
  • 7-10 years of experience in leading solution design activities across enterprise level solutions
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Candidates must be able to work well with clients and team members of all levels not required
  • Coordinate with various internal and/or external leaders to develop creative solutions, while adhering to project deadlines and budgets
  • Enjoys and works well collaborating with other designers and developers to achieve solid and well thought out web-based experiences
