Job Title: USCG APAC Program Management Support Job Location: Elizabeth City, NC Salary: Competitive, Depends on Qualifications

Purpose: The purpose of this task order is to provide program management support services for the USCG CG-931, including the Assistant Program Executive Officer (APEO) for Aviation Programs and individual aviation acquisition programs. This work will include support for acquisition and administrative functions, business finance accounting, risk management, schedule and cost analysis, and programmatic analysis functions. Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
The Contractor must assist with the day-to-day administration and maintenance of APAC activities, to include managing travel requests for training and other APAC travel, and unit level correspondence. The Contractor must assist the APAC Executive Officer on administrative tasking as required and provide various project status reports, memoranda, and other documents.
The Contractor may identify and develop methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports, and systems to improve operations, achieve savings, and encourage long- range planning
The Contractor must support program meetings, including IPT and Working Group meetings through scheduling, facilitation, note taking, and action item tracking. The Contractor must perform meeting management functions including, but not limited to, electronically scheduling meetings and meeting locations, coordinating attendees, developing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
The Contractor must plan, prepare, track, updated and maintain APAC documentation in accordance with applicable policies and directives to support project activities, briefings, and reviews. Documents include presentations, white papers, action item trackers, manuals, award packages and required acquisition documentation.
The Contractor must organize and maintain an electronic program document repository and archive stored on the USCG provided SharePoint site.
Requirements and Education:
The Contractor must have at least four years of experience in a USCG acquisition or USCG depot-level maintenance environment
Experience in USCG air station or Aviation Logistics Center Product Line procedures is desired.
