Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking contractors to provide services in the areas of project management, requirements management, development and maintenance of knowledge management tools, and data analytics to assist Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) in accomplishing its mission and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Provide innovative solutions to automate manually intensive dashboards and ad-hoc reports utilizing real-time access to foreign military sales (FMS) data.
- Utilize the following Department of Defense (DOD) platform as a service (PaaS) tools and technologies;(1) Advanced Analytics (ADVANA), Qlik Sense, and Databricks, (2) Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), and/or R.
- Understand Foreign Military Sales (FMS) data and how data flows through the CLMS. This includes, but is not limited to, Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System- International Logistics (MISIL), and Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS).
- Provide interactive dashboards and data visualizations for the user community to utilize as a tool to gain meaningful insights for decision-making
Required Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of experience in developing data visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI, and data integration tools, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Python, R or Scala.
- Desired experience using the Advana Platform
