Position title: Multimedia Specialist
Location: Remote work authorized


Scope:
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Multimedia Specialists to develop the required deliverables (project management, operations documents, evaluation documents, communications products, and other related products) to meet VBA objectives. The candidate shall be a dedicated partner that will span the support of the CoS and DCoS priorities.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and produce a variety of graphic design and multimedia projects that promote VBA programs, services, and initiatives. Create dynamic 2D and 3D communications and marketing piece
  • Create visual media such as marketing collateral, advertising, and other brand promotion as well as layouts, icons, website designs, logos, and illustrations.
  • Creating multimedia and photo/video concepts that portray VBA initiatives and service
  • Lead all aspects of concept creation, storyboarding, and scriptwriting as well as managing all aspects of post-production including editing, color corrections, audio mixing and mastering, and optimizing the product for various broadcast, digital, social, and web platforms.
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in multimedia, Videography, Photography, and Graphic Design.
  • Bachelors degree in video production, graphic design, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and completed projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Unreal, Keyshot, and Maya.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with diverse team members.
  • Exceptional time management skills, ensuring projects are completed within designated timelines.
  • Willingness to stay updated on the latest creative software and hardware advancements.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
  • Able to evaluate customer requirements, identify options and implement effective solutions. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize, and accomplish a diversified workload and team.
  • Excellent skills in project management, demonstrated ability to make timely and effective decision, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Requires expertise in typography, design, video editing.
  • Requires expertise in marketing practices and must have awareness of current trends in advertising and design
