People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to accomplish the administrative, managerial, and financial aspects of contract administration.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: |
- The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR
- Program Manager shall have a dual role as one of the senior level employees and provide overall program management
- Program Manager shall ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security
- Program Manager shall provide a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mail
- Program Manager shall be available to meet with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues

Required qualifications: |
- Master’s Degree in related field and 6 years of related experience or Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8 years related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively.
- Candidates must be able to work well with clients and team members of all levels.
- Experience coordinating with various internal and/or external leaders to develop creative solutions, while adhering to project deadlines and budgets
